MORIARTY HATS
In 1956 Anabel Moriarty knit a beanie for her son Marvin to wear whilst competing at the Winter Olympics. With a distinctive peak, the hat quickly gained popularity amongst other skiers and Moriarty Hats was born.
Today, Moriarty beanies are still knit in Stowe, Vermont and headed up by Anabel's grandson Scott and his wife, Jess. Made from 100% wool, with a polar fleece head band to keep your ears real toasty, these are by far the cosiest beanies you'll ever own.
